Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to initiate a refund within 24 hours of purchasing digital goods without giving any reason.

To initiate a refund, please inform us of your decision by sending an email to support@malavtechnoleads.net.

We will process the refund no later than 30 days from the day we receive your refund request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.

Conditions for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

• The refund request is made within 24 hours of the purchase.

• The digital goods have not been downloaded or accessed.

Goods That Cannot be Returned:

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Digital goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Digital goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, such as goods that have been downloaded or accessed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then delivered directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return request is approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
